NIZAM'S KATHI ROLL

In 1932,when Nizam came into existence, then it became famous particularly for it's Kathi Kebabs. Commuters and mughlai food lovers used to come here to taste Nizam's Paratha with spicy Kebab. There was no concept of ROLL at that time. Here are two legends regarding the "Origin of Roll by means of public taste".

First one says,Nizam's kebab was so tasteful that even English people could not avoid it. Once an English lady refused to eat kebab by hand. The waiter promptly made an invention,he wrapped the kebab pieces in a parantha and handed it over to the lady. The Roll made it's way.
Second legend,The office goers (Indian Babus) had no time to sit and eat Paratha and Kebabs. They wanted something portable. So the necessity opened the way for Paratha wrapped kebabs- Today's 'Roll'.
The shop now has a wide variety of Rolls,Kebabs,Kulfi, etc. Double Egg Chicken Roll,Tikiya Roll,Afgani Kebab are worth it's fame.
